An online only, accountability tool that consists of a 2-week food journal with feedback and recommendations. This is great introduction to our programs and for those who have already gone through a BLAST program. *Includes only Health History from above bullets.

4-Week | Nutrition and Health Coaching Program

The 4-Week Nutrition and Health Coaching Program begins with the BLAST healthy foundation nutrition plan, a guided meal plan that focuses on gut-friendly, whole foods as well as a sugar detox. After that, you will move into nutritional well-being by adding new foods allowing you to create a sustainable lifestyle rooted in sound nutritional decisions. This is a great introduction to the power of our programs.

12-Week | Nutrition and Health Coaching Program

Our most popular packages, the 12-Week Nutrition and Health Coaching Program allows you to feel your best and experience real transformation. Beginning with our healthy foundation nutrition plan as seen above, you will learn exactly what foods make your body feel its best.  You will then start food and lifestyle guidance, and finish the program with the final phase of a sound sustainability plan. Meeting weekly with a BLAST Nutrition Coach, you will continue to learn new methods to take control of your health.

6-Month | Nutrition and Health Coaching Program

The BLAST 6-Month Nutrition and Health Coaching Program is a deep-dive into sustainable wellness. Over a 6-month time frame you will be provided with tools to manage your overall wellness. This program begins with in-depth nutritional guidance and goal setting, focusing on gut-friendly nutrition within a phased eating plan. Clients embarking on the 6-Month Nutrition Coaching Program will discover their personal success formula to optimal health.
